How Do I Stretch Properly?
The first, simplest rule that
most of us never learned - or just forgot - is
this: Warm-up for today's activity, stretch
for next week.
A good progression is to warm-up, do some basic
stretches before your workout, do your workout, and stretch
thoroughly AFTER your workout.
